EICMA, Milan, Italy (Pic Heavy)
« on: November 09, 2014, 01:51:37 AM »
Visited the 100th EICMA show in Milan this weekend.

This is the crowd around the BMW venue, just an example of every hall, every vendor, everywhere. Wall to wall, a$$holes and elbows.

Now, I really thought I might like the new Scrambler. I really wanted to like it, then I saw the first commercial and thought, 'are they marketing this to hipsters?'

So I headed over to a pretty cool set-up, the Scrambler expo

Saw what I think is a pretty cool little runabout bike.

Then I saw this......

 >:(   WTF?

Strange that the 2015 C14 is being displayed with an aftermarket muffler installed.    ???

Thanks for the pics!

Thanks for sharing your day.

I'm not impressed with the upgrades minor changes made to the '15 C14...

I guess after six years and 60,000mi. it's time for a change.
The '15 FJR is now number one on the list for a new bike this spring.

I'm guessing that head of sales for Kawi in Europe made a wise command decision not to show it with the potato launcher  ;)

Nice pics.

I am liking the green pin striping on the Connie.  Might could attempt that on my bike.

I like the "off road" version of the scrambler.  If I can get a test ride this spring I will go with cash in hand.

Wonder how they got the windscreen to stay in the up position with the bike off?
