Dairyland Roadside Assistance any good?

Anyone use this? The provider is actually Road Americia.  It would only cost me $10 per year! Price is great but not to sure how many providers they have.

Never used a service like that but for $10 a year I'll sign up. Is this through your insurance or separate? What do they provide?

It is an additional fee to the bike insurance. Price is great but I want to know if it is something that I can half way count on.
