I tried 3 different seats including Spencer, Russell Day Long and Laam. None of the them were right for me. Then I bought a Corbin. Best seat for me. It feels very hard at first but it molds to you. I've done a 900 mile day on my Corbin.

I sat on two different bikes with corbins while the bikes were on the center stand.  When I positioned myself where the seat felt comfortable, my hands were 9 inches or more away from the grips.  When I leaned forward the seat didn't feel right.

Also if you feel the like the bike is beating you, maybe a ck. of suspension set up is in order.
Upright seating with bar risers is tougher on back so try a spin without risers on and there are many options to mount GPS out there differently
.Always add an Airhawk for some added cushioning and Murphs lowering pegs for legs also.
 Just throwing it out there.

Hmm... I guess ill have to try a day or two without the GPS.

After putting a thousand or so miles on it, the seat seems to have gotten better about the circulation. Time will ultimately tell.

Ive been thinking about removing my AST pullbacks and going straight risers just for kicks, now that the seat seems to have broken in some. I wasn't expecting a break-in period but i guess it had one despite the reviews saying otherwise.

Anyways, the ultimate verdict is still out, but i will say, i don't absolutely hate it at this point.
