I get lots of inquiries from people who are buying a Givi trunk and their light kit. It comes with a socket that must be imbedded in the rack to make contact with a socket in the bottom of the trunk. I don't recommend cutting the hole for the socket in my rack since it is in a bad location. Lots of people have still installed the combination but instead of using the socket, they used a pull-apart connector. 

To help others who want to do the same thing, could some of you post pictures of your set-up along with a source of the pull-apart connector you used??

It would help me answer questions that others have already solved. Thanks
