Well, I finally got an Area P bolted on and I am quite happy.
It bolted on without effort -- the slip joints slipped just fine.
The bends were accurate -- no wrestling to get the parts bolted up.
Great sound at idle -- not loud but lets you know that there are some ponies under the hood.
A noticeable increase in noise under hard acceleration -- no problem other than keeping it down when I am in my neighborhood (I have a good grade up to my house and it would probably be annoying if I got on it coming up the hill).
Best of all -- it really makes the engine operate like I think is should. I always felt that when the RPMs go up the engine got a bit of a frantic, wild chipmunk-like feel -- I actually lugged the engine somewhat to try and stay out of the upper ranges when I was just cruising. That is all gone, the engine now has a nice throaty big bore feel.
