accessory terminals in front fairing

can anyone tell me if these are "always-on" (i.e. wired direct to battery) or "switched" (on only when running)?

Just doing some planning for wiring and haven't pulled the inner fairing panels to get the voltmeter on the leads....

Always on, same for the pair found under the seat too.
