Info, not a tire thread.
« on: June 24, 2013, 04:11:58 PM »
I have run Bridgestone BT45's on my '06 and they do everything that I need a tire to do,
but would like a little more mileage. I switched to a Bridgestone 150/80/16 Exedra Max on the rear and am very pleased. The tire looks just like the BT 45's but is a belted tire I just put on the second one. I changed the first one with some tread left because we were leaving on a trip. It had 12800 miles on it and could have gone another 1000 miles. Only problem, they don't make our size for the front but the BT 45 110/80 works well with it.

Truthfully the 110/80-18 fits the narrowish 3.0" rim on the newer model Concours better than the 120/70-18 ever did as other than the OE Dunlop that was made special for the Concours the 120/70 tire was designed to properly fit a 3.50" rim.....
