I have to have more leg room, and will be adding Murphy's lowering pegs. However, I do not want to feel any vibes and would like to know if anyone has added rubber pads to them?

I couldn't figure out how to add rubber to the pegs so I added it to my feet instead... in the form of boots with nice cushy soles.
Couldn't resist. I 'll be awaiting a real answer with you.

What vibes?
I did a search and a couple comments I read described feeling some vibration in the foot pegs due to them not having the rubber pad like the stockers have.

I've had Murph's for about 12k miles and I don't really feel vibration, at least not that is annoying or fatiguing. the extra leg room is worth it for me, eases the tension on my geezer knees:)

With a bit of effort the rear pegs can be replaced with FJR 1300 rear pegs.. They have rubbers, are bigger than the standard ones and look neat
Edit: you talking about the rider or passenger pegs

No vibes on my Murph's pegs. I like the way the pegs grip the soles.

I just installed the Murph's lowering pegs and to me the lack of rubber isn't an issue. They're great.
