No one that I know of.  I'd have me a big, deep shelter with several sump pumps and a generator.

Mother nature, respect her or lose.  My heart goes out to the children...

As of right now, Tuesday, 11AM Eastern, they are lowering the death count. I'm not sure what to say about that other than its good news for some.

Fine here in NE OK, but not so much in the central part of the state, specifically Moore, OK., and the surrounding area. Hugh relief efforts are in motion everywhere from not just around here, but surrounding states as well.. Not sure what it is about the Moore area, but this is the third time they've been hit by tornadoes, in almost the same identical paths, in the last 14 years.  The pictures/video coming out of the area are heart breaking.  Think I'd be somewhat use to it living in this area all my life, but I suppose one never does?

My job sometime includes dealing with children, when I read about how they tried to bus those kids away and some didn't make it. You do your job as trained. You get through it, you don't get over it.

I have a brother that lives in Norman.  Said the tornado stopped about 1/4 mile from his subdivision.  Other than being without power (can't get generator started, he lucked out)

I'm in NE Oklahoma too. We barely even got rain till today and nothing severe. Sad stuff in Moore. Heart breaking.
