The Untold History of the United States
« on: December 11, 2012, 01:45:19 PM »
Anyone watching this on Showtime? I watched the first episode last night. It's very well done and extremely interesting. Lots of 'never before seen' video footage and pictures.

A better tittle would be Oliver Stone's and Peter Kuznick's communist revision of the History of the United States.

Whatever, it's still interesting to me. I'll do my best not to turn into a communist after watching. Hopefully I'll still be able to think for myself by then.

If you decide to not think for yourself, give me a call and I'll think of some things for you to do... ;)   No worries.  I'd like to see it just to form an opinion as well but we don't get Showtime..

I'm familiar with Oliver Stone's other works of fiction. I do agree that fiction can be entertaining. The only problem is that millions will be watching and will not know it's fiction.

Thanks Jim, normally if I have problems thinking for myself all I have to do is ask my wife.     :o

Look, you're like any other married couple. When your wife wants you to have an opinion she will give it to you. Pay attention!!!!
