MC jacket for the youngins...
« on: October 01, 2012, 07:04:12 AM »
Have 8 year old grandchildren itchin to ride with me so I'm looking for a small sized jacket.  We were at a MC shop on Saturday and he tried on an XS jacket which didn't fit him too bad but the arms were a trifle long.  So if anyone has any small sized gear that need a new home, let me know.  Thanks.

Too young and too little, wait till their older........hence why no gear will fit them. ;)

Alpinestars makes jackets in XS size, that's what I got my daughter when she first started riding with me back when she was like 10. Also Arai and Shoei make XXS helmets.

Check ebay Sparky, I'm sure you can find something used at a bargain price, especially this time of year.

I'm not taking them on long trips yet, Poke.  Waiting a bit for that.  I have a little local circuit I go out on.  Very tame and not much traffic.

Jim, you might look at one of these grap handle waist belts for the youngun. I have no personal but I've seen them in use.
