These are MC Enterprises engine/fairing guards (#1400-110, the type used on police bikes) for the 2010 and newer C14. Kuryakyn foot pegs are mounted on them. The combination retails for $500 and are off a 2011 C14 with 7500 miles so they are essentially in new condition. $350 plus shipping or you can pick them up in Walnut Creek, CA
