Toronto?  Not that there's anything wrong with that but we had plenty of our own here in the States.  What channel was it on?  I'm willing to give it the old college try.

It started as a Canadian series that's made it's way here.

Set in the 1940s, Bomb Girls tells the remarkable stories of the women who risked their lives in a munitions factory building bombs for the Allied forces fighting on the European front. The series delves into the lives of these exceptional women from all walks of life - peers, friends and rivals - who find themselves thrust into new worlds and changed profoundly as they are liberated from their home and social restrictions. Written by Michael MacLennan

It's on Reelz, do you get that channel Jim? I thought of you when we were watching cuz I know that you're interested in WW2 stuff.

Yep.  That was the start of the ever rising prices in our country.  Used to be where a decent blue collar worker could afford to take care of his family on one income.  Now to live at the same standard requires two incomes.  Kind of like a catch 22.  Incomes rise, cost of homes, goods, etc, rise.
