Does anybody know the temperature that each bar lights up on the water temp gauge?

No, I don't know the temperature, but I know that 1 is ok in Winter, 2 is ok in Italy when in hot summer, 3 is when you stay idle and just before the fans start.
If you get 4... you're in trouble!

This time of year in Texas, I think I almost have two bars before I even start the engine.

I saw some of that 4 bars action yesterday. Sitting at the stop light in full gear, 95 degrees and the fans kick on.

The new ZX-14R has actual temperature on it's dash, maybe that will make it onto the 2013 C14.

I know if it is 100 or over outside that the first bar (with the C) will already be lit up when I start my bike. Four bar action isn't much fun, but doing anything outside without shade is pretty miserable when the temp is in the triple digits.
