Carb boot clamps
« on: June 25, 2012, 01:23:22 PM »
I checked my carb boot clamps this weekend. they were all 1-2 turns loose. I checked them back when i did the carb sync and all was well. However they came loose and the bike was not running as smooth as it should. Took it out last night for a 30 mile ride and I could tell a big differance in the responce the bike had. One more thing to put on my check list.  .

Back when I had my Honda Sabre and visited a forum for that bike, someone didn't like the look of those clamps and had a friend chrome plate them for him. Nice friends!
