Bought it on sale for $100 plus shipping and it came in yesterday. Fit and finish seem nice and it is a really good looking helmet. The optics (dark shield) are excellent. Visibility through the eye port is very good for a modular. The latching mechnism seems solid and holds the flip up portion very securely. The switch for the drop down sun shield is right in the way of the spot to mount my Sena. I mounted it behind there and it works but I have to reach quite a ways to get to the controls.
Out on the road it is loud with my low (cut down stocker) shield, and the speaker pockets are not in an ideal position for my ears. I ended up using furniture leg pads (rubber about 1 inch diameter) and basically shimmed my Sena speakers into a better position. The wind howl is still there but at least I can hear the music. I also think that some thicker cheek pads will help. I will put my VStream on and see if that improves the wind noise issue. It seems like alot of the noise comes from under the chin bar. I have a chin curtain on the way to see it that helps also.
It flows a alot of air with the vents open, my head actually felt cool on a 85 degree evening ride.
Final verdict: Nice helmet that makes a lot of noise so far, I got what I paid for. Would I buy one again? Probably not, but I will keep it and use it for now.
I forgot one other piece, the rubber "breath block" kept hanging up on the upper gasket that keeps rain from entering through the top of the visor. I removed it and it and haven't had any issues yet.
I will also add that I usually don't ride with ear plugs in. My audiologist already chewed me out since I have tinnitus from weapons and IED's.
@Pokey: I figured I would take a shot even though the helmet had so-so reviews. Next, I will probably try an EXO-900 or maybe even a Shoei NeoTec if I can find one lightly used for a reasonable price.
