Motorcycle Larry - Still in business?
« on: May 31, 2012, 05:31:21 AM »
Ordered a C14 Steering Stem GPS Mount over the weekend, but the only communication I have received is from PayPal with my transaction number. I have emailed ML to see if they received my order, and called yesterday to find that the mailbox is full at the number on their website.

Is ML out of business? Anyone know how to get in touch with them? If they are out of business, I would just like my money back.

Nope... That's not the reason... MCL kinda comes and goes. Especially after his accident. Good luck with your purchase.

After the last go round with them and some of our members they would not be on my preferred vendor list.  It's possible they are out on vacation or something else has happened.  Hopefully your order will be handled correctly.

These responses are kind of why I don't use the site much. People get treated like they are inferior because they are not up to speed on EVERY dynamic in the motorcycle business, and ask a question that someone had asked 2 or 3 times before a year ago. I'm sorry, but I am out riding my bike. Not sitting at a keyboard talking about riding it.

I guess I'm a fool for not doing a web search for "Motorcycle Larry Accident" before I placed my order. I had assume the functional web-site, with all of the certified on-line criteria on it, would suffice as a open, functioning business.

I have yet to even a email saying that my order has been received.

I had no problems ordering from him a few months ago. I do know that he had supply issues with those stem mounts. I'm guessing that has something to do with the delays...

Which site, his or ours?  No one insulted you or called you inferior.  In fact, no one said anything towards you personally.  You are the one who getting their knickers in a wad, not us.

If, as you say, you don't use this site (assuming it's our site) much, then why the heck are asking us to begin with?

By the way, I rather think you weren't riding when you wrote your responses.
