That's odd.  He was born in Leesburg, Texas and died in Dallas, Texas.

We Texans have always considered Carrol Shelby as one of us. ;)

I daydreamed about his cars ever since I was in Jr. High. Ironic that I finally get the car of my dreams the same year he passes...  :(

But grew up there. :p. Leesburg is a tiny town like 5 miles from downtown. :P
