Happy 3 year birthday Connie14
« on: February 10, 2013, 04:37:41 PM »
Happy 3 year Birthday Connie14 motorcycle. 68,710 miles and has never once left me stranded due to electrical or mechanical problems (or any other!). Been to the Rockies in July snow and 118 degree desert heat. It has taken me to Vegas and Atlantic City to roll dice. Montreal, Canada for a friends cookout, Maine for fresh lobster, Los Angeles and the Hollywood sign. Been to the Valley of Fire in Nevada, and off-roading in Moab, Utah. Been to the Dragon more times than I can count, and been to the Adirondacks and Catskills mountains. Fortunately I have a free house sitter and this coming weekend will be meeting COG members/friends in the Everglades, and if my house sitter is up to a long stint it'll be in Alaska this summer. This bike is probably the best value I've had in my life on any vehicle of any kind because its been zero drama.

Ok I give up. what is the "refrigerated" section of the connie?

And I don't carry the FOB battery because I will just use the RFID mode if the battery fails.

By RFID mode I mean when you pull the key out of the FOB and put the notch directly up against the receiver in front of the stove knob. No battery required. Page 84 in my owners manual.

I will have to check out the insulated cooler. Need to keep the beer cold while riding home. 8)

His Cooler takes up 1/3 (give or take ) of the saddlebag. It fits in the most forward 1/3 of saddlebag.. I put my extra frozen vitamin waters on daily trips in it.
I freeze my Vodka before I leave house and if its not cold  Oh well.....
I thought you were talking about the smaller keyholder (flat maybe 2x as thick as CC)
and that has  its own pocket in my inside the pocket Personal defense  device  holder....
Make sure you tell Big Bike Outfitters that devilboy sent ya. I need my piece of the action,,,,
