I've gotten older parts from Bike Bandit. They have online parts diagrams

According to the parts list I have, the Gag Bag lock is part #27016/A. It would be listed under Accessories.

Copy paste that into your address bar. They aren't cheap. I just kept asking around here until I found a few. Be aware that there are different locks. Two locks to lock the bag, and a different PN to lock the bag to the bike. Also, there are two different keys. My bag locks are "B", because that's what the guy selling them had. The lock holding the bag to the bike is "A", because those are original. They keys are like $8, so I just carry both keys.

Keep in mind the screws that attach the lock are pretty small, and I think they use Loc-Tite during assembly. The heads often get buggered up.
