Murphs' 90 degree Valve Stems

How are Murphs' 90 degree valve stems holding up? I know over a year ago, Fred had a post on a set, they were from another vendor, and they sucked. How are Murphs' holding up?

No issues from mine.  I did change out to the newer versions when they were first available.  Not sure how long it's been but I've gone through three sets of tires. It was worth it to me just to be able to easily put air in the tire.

dont mean to hijack this thread but i was having the same problems filling my tires, seems that most air chucks have a metal stem that makes filling almost impossible.  i solved the problem by buying an inexpensive air chuck with just the metal fitting at the end with no stem. similar to the pic.  in my set up i have a seperate air guage.

I never use a compressor to fill moto tires.
Hand bike pump every time unless I'm desperate.
I do have a compressor I carry for long trips, but haven't had to use it yet.

I like the convenience for adding air, and I have not had any trouble with them working.

However, I'm thinking about going back to the stock ones at the next tire change.  I had to add  several ounces of weight directly opposite the right angle valve stem, and even though a static rotational balance tells me it has the right amount of weight to balance it out, there is a high frequency oscillating vibration at very high speeds.  It started when I added the right angle valve stem, and new PR2s.  I could wait and see if new tires fix it, but I'm pretty sure it's not the tires.

I can't answer the size question but they are very easy to install.  With the tire off, just take a 4mm allen (IIRC) and loosen the bolt that passes through the sensor to the valve stem.  The just separate the two pieces.  Just make sure once you pull them off not to get the front and rear mixed up.
