You're not alone. I get the numb hand buzz too. I have risers, wedges and grip puppies and still no help. All bolts and nuts are tight. The only thing I haven't done is check my TB synchronization.
My hand/wrist/finger numbness/pain problems have nothing to do with vibration. I could sit still holding the bars and have problems after a while. And I, too, also have risers, wedges, and grip puppies. And each one has been incrementally very helpful. Combined, they are great. My problems are from long term RSI/CTS from 30 years of intensive keyboarding. Nothing makes the problems go away completely, but I am sure glad I had options!
