This is your message/post.  There's no mention of me sending it as a gift to avoid fees or that I'm liable for shipping.  Our conversation was $135 shipped.  I appreciate you're position, but when you reply that you'll "do $135 shipped" the expectation is that is indeed the case.  If you're wanting to cancel the sale and if I can refuse the package so that it's returned it to you without any charges to me, is that something that you're interested in?  I don't know if you'd be responsible for return shipment or not.  I'm disappointed, but perhaps it's fair given the apparent misunderstanding.
