For sale is my '86 Connie. 59k miles, custom Rick Mayer saddle, a few extras and spare parts. I'm located in Canby, OR, just south of Portland. Pictures will be in the replies.
First things first, this is a "ran when parked" deal, and I just don't have the time or space to get her back on the road.
Starting with the bad:
Currently not running. Cranks super strong. Carb was cleaned and is empty prior to parking. Comes with a new battery.
Lower fairing cracked. Never try to swap both wheels at that same time, folks.
Tires are starting to show age, but still hold air.
Fork seals are toast, and all the fork oil has escaped out of them. A whole repair kit (from Murph) is included. This was beyond my skill set.
The good!
New star springs installed right after she was parked
Custom Rick Mayer saddle in vinyl. I have put many 700+ mile days in this seat.
Storz tubular bars and risers. Sits about the same height as stock high bars.
Rifle windscreen
New brake pads installed on the rear.
Spare parts!
Extra: wheels, antlers, rack of carbs (minus the float bowls), two extra j-boxes, side covers, a set of spark plugs, mufflers, rear end, bevel drive unit, plus a box of random bits left over from a parts bike from a few years ago.
I would like to get $600 for everything, but I'd like it gone even more, so if you are local PLEASE make me an offer. Thanks!
