Smyrna is a nice place, and convenient to bigger metro areas (Nashville, Murfreesboro, etc) to make it easy to get anything required. There should be plenty of places with acreage available there. I
just had dinner at Hickory Falls in Smyrna last night, so there's at least 1 good restaurant
Actually Famous Dave's BBQ isn't too bad, nor is Cheddars, or Jim & Nick's BBQ.
Of course, you can point your bike in almost any direction and find a good road.
State parks aren't too far, good for hiking and all. Good hunting & fishing in the area if that's still your game.
The roads are great.
Smokies aren't too far, nor is Chattanooga or Knoxville.
Did I mention roads are great?
