I'm getting her dyno'd tomorrow, and I was wondering what the damage, or wear is, if any, to the rear tire?

I have wondered that myself.  It will likely depend on the exact dyno.  It comes down mostly to slippage and texture of the ride surface.  Some I have seen are rather smooth with just a light texture.... probably the same as a road.  But others are heavily textured and quite rough- those might introduce much more wear than a road, especially if there is any slip.  But this is all conjecture.

You should always switch to a car tire before putting the bike on a dyno.

I don't think you'll see any appreciable rear tire wear as long as the bike is strapped down tight.  If you tune for driveability as well as full throttle pulls you might be on the dyno for an hour and less than 20 total miles. 

It would be much more important to make sure you have fresh fuel, fresh oil filled to the proper level and proper tire pressure.  Also be sure to check your coolant level and make sure your tuner has enough fans to pull a large amount of air on the bike so it doesn't over heat.  Point out the temperature gauge on your dash and let them know what it typical operating temperature (# of bars) so they monitor the heat build up.  They dyno operator will likely make you sign a statement waiving them from any liability if your bike sustains damage during the tuning process.  So do all that you can to take care of the obvious maintenance before you get there.

A good tune should improve and smooth out your throttle response and add a few horsepower in the process.  Good luck

All I know is that after my dyno run, as we were getting ready to pull her down there was a very nasty nail just right of center.  New tire, less than 100 miles.  Got home, grimaced as I pulled the nail out, and no leaks ;D ;D  2500 miles later,a trip to the track, and still no issues.  Heck, she only hit 175 5 or 6 times ;D

Since I have the same mods as you I figured what the hell I will give your Map a try, well after two days of surging, popping, and many other undesired traits I put back in my autotuned map.  I image the difference in climates has allot to do with it as I'm in Phoenix, AZ.

Anyways here is my map if you want to take a glance... I do need to make a change at Idle/ low RPM's as it is not very smooth and does not like to take off cold. After it warms up though it runs great which I did not noticed that problem when running your map so perhaps I can use a little bit of your map combined with mine :)  Also my throttle is not very smooth at low rpm's which I would like to correct, Anyways take a look and let me know what you think...

Thanks!!  For whatever reason the MAP I provided seems to somehow bypass the warmup period.  Once warm she really rips.  What I have started doing is run the AP tune for street use and when I go to the track I run the dyno tune.  Not sure why I never thought to mention it, so many apologies :-[
