I have had my bike for sale locally on craigslist for 2 months now and here for several weeks...not a single response! Is my BO price out of this world or is no one looking for a well taken care of C-14 in great condition right now!?

I compared it to many other similar Connies for sale on the web for pricing... I'll sit on it all winter if I have to but I already have other toys on my mind

No I actually think your price is fair, not a steal, but good.
Unfortunately we are now approaching the end of the riding season.
You may try lowering it again, maybe down to $7500 at keep it up on Craigslist.
Also maybe try CycleTrader.
If you really get impatient, $7000 may be the tipping point for the sale.

Sorry Everyone - craigslist ad expired and I havent had to make another one yet.

'08 ABS neutron silver, just about to roll 12k miles.

Brand new Continental Contimotion tires front and back as well as new front rotors and pads. (less than 500 miles on them)
It has an aftermarket storage rack and adjustable back rest
Carbon fiber Delkevic exhaust (have stock also)
Battery tender lead installed and will come with a garmin gps mount, factory saddle bag liners, and bike cover.

Overall the bike is in excellent shape, runs and rides perfect. One extremely minor paint chip in the tank and some minor scuffs over the saddle bag tops from accidental boot scrapes.

I can supply pictures upon request.

Just a tip, you don't need to remake another ad. Simply have a Craigslist account and when the ad expires simply relist the same ad. Sometimes I have found the pictures are no longer in the ad so save the pictures for future relistings.

Good luck on the sale. Also I have found ads without pictures really don't get many people revved up for buying imho(unless it is marked well below standard pricing). Take some high resolution shots with daylight lighting from all the purdy angles. Good luck.
