SOLD Audiovox CCS-100 - Pro Motion still available

No longer have the C10 and never installed this.  Compared what I have with picture on Murphs' Kits.  Complete kit with vacuum canister, servo, brackets, wiring, instructions, etc.  $140 shipped to lower 48

Also have a Pro Motion 4 column mercury carb balancer $25 local sale only Austin, TX

Does this kit also include the switch and mounting plate, along with the 2 relays needed?
I have a friend who has a '99 Valkyre that's thinking about doing this mod.

No mounting plate and no relays included.  I think the relays are only needed for the C14's.

What about the switch?
If it does include, does the switch have an engaged light?
