This has been posted on the list before.  It is really not THAT interesting.  The other dials do not work.  The Hong Kong guy is just buying cheap watches with no face, color printing (probably just inkjet on paper) inserts for all kinds of things and just inserting it in the watch before shipping.  There are no lights.  And what you see on the site is not even real, it is just a photo edit.
