Looks like they had it as an option on their site at one time then removed it... I remember we had a discussion about it here.

When I bought my 2010 Voyager, Kawasaki sent me Vulcan T-shirts and hats for taking surveys.  They also asked me to participate in some follow on research and compensated me for it.  I didn't asked to be compensated and would have participated regardless.

Kawasaki, has sent me accessories for free to install and write about on various forums and allowed me to keep them.

When I do a new bike survey, or an accessory survey for Kawasaki I know that my thoughts and opinions are being considered and it is a good feeling to know that I may be influencing future products.  Since they don't make concours T-shirts and hats, it doesn't bother me to not receive one.

Folks that say they have to be paid to participate remind me of my volunteer time with impoverished families.  What we were doing directly benefitted them, but they woud not participate unless they were bribed.  Sad state of affairs IMO.

My beef with Kawasaki accessories is the fact that the only thing we can purchase in the clothes side is a tee shirt and a baseball cap. Lame! This is what I listed in the verbatim section of the survey.

Quote
The ability to purchase or availability of aftermarket items such as Aux  lights, and engine guards for the Concours 14 is lacking. So much so that a cottage industry of aftermarket parts has sprung up. I'm also extremely disappointed in the lack of available "branded" riding gear. I can go to any other manufacturer either Japanese, European, or US and find a myriad items (jackets, textiles, boots) for their bikes. This is a market that Kawasaki is falling way behind on. I should be able to buy a branded textile jacket for my Sport Touring bike. Or at least a leather jacket or vest. As it is I can only find tee shirts, and baseball caps. That is unacceptable! If I purchased a Suzuki, Honda, Triumph, Harley or BMW there are multiple things I could purchase! Not to mention the Ducati, Aprila, Victory, and yes even KTM have gear to purchase. Not just lame tee shirts or caps.

I was shocked when going to the Suzuki display at the NY Motorcycle show they had Leather jackets and Textiles branded with Suzuki. It seems like everyone else can get something branded with their manufacturer; but at Kawasaki all I can get is a stupid cap or tee shirt. That sucks! I want to display my pride in owning a Concours 14 just like the other riders. After all isn't the GTR 1400 / Concours14 they're primer touring machine? Hell, my brother just brought a Voyager and he indicated he had buyers remorse because of the lack of his ability to get Voyager branded gear like he could have with Victory, Honda or Harley. He could have choose anything for a new bike after his insurance money kicked in from the accident he had (a cager turned left into him so they're insurance paid him out). He had set aside $30K to buy a bike and accessories. I had him look at the Voyager Vaquero, and he loved the SE 2012 Kawi Green so he plunked down cash then started looking for farkles and gear. Oh wait, Kawasaki doesn't have any farkles or gear.  :-[

+1..  Kwak US is the lamest of the lame when it comes to accessory sales.   What a bunch of maroons.  That's where they can make their money.  Look at HD and cruiser crowd.  They have that down pat.  I would have bought Kwak accessories if they would have had them at the right time.

I like to keep my bikes completely stock, if it wasn't put on at the Kawi factory it must not be needed...  :)

I don't call being reimbursed for ones time a "bribe". As a matter of fact, I am about to go to work, they pay me for my time, it is not a "bribe", it is called "salary".
There is a huge, huge difference between charity and a large multinational corporation.

For reasons I don't understand, they Emailed me the survey links and requests again today.  Out of curiosity, I went through part of it again, just to see if they fixed the fatal flaws.  Nope.
