Is this a good price for a 2012 C14?

$13,370 OTD.  Basically 12k plus tax, fees etc.  I have no idea.

2012 "root beer" C14 - unlinked brakes, reflash, LED headlights, Walmart orange city lights, LOUD horn, Laam seat, radar detector for ahem, reasons.

I paid about $300 less last fall, but that was after a lot of searching.  I've seen them on the floor for >$15,000.  The price looks fair.

Have seen lots of new 2012's w/abs for $12,800 in Texas. Also EBay.
