Pay no attention to the questionable body position...lol

Why didn't you take the bags off? Or was that to annoy the slower sport bike riders? :) I once took my versus with full luggage on a MX track just to be funny

Bags on is so much cooler and it lures the masses into complacency ;D

That is pretty much exactly why I did it! Lol
In reality, I only did this track day because I also needed to scout out pic locations for an upcoming event there... And... The last time I did a track day, the bags were off, and I wanted pics with the bags on. Haha.
And yes, I did drag my toes a few times. I keep my peg feelers on to keep me from being to gung-ho. But I was still scuffing them fairly often.

Great cornering! Are you grinding the pegs at all? I have yet to touch mine, whereas on my previous 1800 Wing I completely wore them down. Also what tires are you running? Thanks.

While I could claim to be putting some pressure on that guy on the brand new Yamaha FZ-9... truth be told, he could run away from me at any given moment...
He was my instructor! Haha!

That session was my first after moving up to a faster group. So this instructor, one of the head honchos even, spent the whole session with me. Sometimes leading, sometimes following. In the end he had good things to say about my riding, with only a couple turns that needed some focus.

I'll tell you something though... my legs sure feel it today. My previous track day I pretty much "cruised" at a pace more typical of my "faster" street pace.
This time I focused on working myself and the bike at something I would consider a track pace...And man, both me and the bike felt it. She took it very well... But she was a little soft on the brake handle towers the end of the day.

I'll probably do it again though.
