I know that two years ago my Harley Dresser neighbor was riding and a lady pulled out in front of him. He pulled up beside her and said a few bad words including "Bitch " and continued on his way around a curve , the next thing he remembered was running off the road and hitting a sign. His bike was totaled and he had some minor injuries. He said that as he looked down the road while lying off the road on his side , he seen the car about two streets down and was  looking back at him . I believe that she bumped him causing him to lose it.  The lesson is clear . If you curse someone out make sure they can't catch you.

My wife and I were enjoying a scenic curvy road this weekend on the rolling sofa when a coupld of locals caught up to us and obviously wanted to travel the roadway faster than we were travelling it.  Speed limit was posted at 45 and you'd have to really know the road to maintain that speed.

When I am on my sport bike and catch up to cagers on a curvy road, I appreciate it when they pull over and let me by.  So, that is exactly what I did at the next available pull off.  The cagers were happy, and I could get back to enjoying the road without pressure from the rear.

Sometimes not getting out of the way is a form of aggression.

I agree with you 100% here.  Its amazing at times when I see fellow riders get upset when there is a slow car in front of them and won't let them by, but then later on the same ride they don't let an impatient car go by and get upset that they are riding their ass.

Personally, if I'm upset, I mumble something under my breath and go about my life.  Maybe I'll b*tch about it at the next stop, but life is too short and there are too many stupid hot heads out there to go around flipping people off or even worse, confronting people.  Unfortunately most people are completely oblivious as to what they did was wrong, so they just think some asshole biker flipped them off.
I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly

Conversely, I'll move over to the farthermost right of the lane to let another bike go by me (rare that I go that slow) if the situation warrants.
