Wow. Most of the pads were worn down well past the wear bar, and a couple just to it. One was worn down so much that the ridge on the edge of the rotor contacted the brass backing plate.
Anyway, I knocked that out in about a half hour. Piece of cake. Brakes felt narly at first but once they were broken in with a few hard stops, they were smooth as silk.
