Hello everyone. Over the weekend I picked up a really nice 2009 ABS with some nice upgrades and 14k miles. I was dead set on a 2010+ model but this had just about everything on it I would have put on it and the prior owner had taken meticulous care of it. I'm coming from a V-Strom 650 and a VFR 800 in the garage, so the C-14 is quite a bit larger. Got it to tour with my Uncle who also rides a Concourse, but a 2004. Just wanted to say hi. ;D

Welcome and congrats JP! :chugbeer:

Congrats, looks like it has most of the farkles already (pipe, tank grips, risers, seat) good deal. Now, ride it. I have the same bike, 19K after a year and half. Have fun.

Congrats on the bike and the faster color! I live in the Hershey area as of last fall. We PA folks need a get together/ride at some point!

Yes, in addition it has PCV, hot grips, throttlemeister, Phil's rack w/Givi, riser shims, Murph's lower pegs, clear saddlebag protectors, a cut down windshield and a new 2010 shield. Only thing I can think to add is maybe a helmet lock to the rack, and did I mention this thing looks better than some new showroom examples I've seen.

I live in Greencastle which is straight down I-81 at the MD border. I was really impressed with the red as it looks very different than it does in marketing pics online. Could they get anymore flake in there 8)

Greencastle, I know it well. Lived in Boonsboro for about 12 years and worked out of Hagerstown. Lovely riding area in your neck of the woods. Welcome to the fold!

Hey thatnks. My house sits only 1.9 miles from the Hagerstown border. The wife works in Hagerstown at the Citibank site and we do most shopping and stuff there in H Town. Been here just over 6 yrs now. Not much in Greencastle except cows and corn.

Can't be any loonier than over at Stromtrooper. The Stroms have cult like followings all over the world from Canada.... Australia.... Russia.... to South America and there are some very interesting individuals on that forum.
