NOt sure exactly what it is in this picture they are selling. INteresting that I got no web search hits explaining what it was

Pretty good deal if they are selling the bike in an un-opened crate.  Very poorly worded....

It's actually Chicago Cycle that did this listing. And obviously someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
