Sounds great.  Still looks like cow dung (hope that translates to you).  But sounds fantastic.

Sounds fantastic.  But still butt ugly.

Can you tell us how you did the mod?  I have been wanting to do something to my 09

Betcha he shortened it and removed a baffle.  Other then time and having a welder on hand it really isn't all that difficult.  Trick is grinding the end weld off, marking and maintaining the profile to the desired length, removing the same amount from the innards, re wrapping the mesh, weld and paint.

every time I see his bike I can't get over how clean it is!  even the end cap on the can is spotless. mine is black!

With brush painter and fluid product x ...... home simpler.

I'm going to visit him (and meet him personally for the first time...) this weekend most probably so I'll see "live" all the "magic tricks" he does on his bike!  :D
Pictures (and knowing him, videos as well ... ;) ) will follow.

It will be a long ride though: 4 hours early in the morning from Rome to Pisa and the same time back at night  :-\

But I'll test the comfort of the Connie at highway speeds fore some part of the trip: the rest is on ordinary road and full of speed traps!  >:(
The bad thing is that I have to fly to Brussels the day after: hope my back won't hurt too much!
