Title: Instrument/Dash Shelf?

I'm trying to find an instrument or dash shelf for my 2010 C14.

I saw one on a bike recently but the owner didn't recall where he got it.

These guys make one but it is not on their site. You will have to call them. I believe they were $30-$35.
