Title: 2008 concours with 39 litter stock rear lugguge case

Is anyone running a 39 litter stock top rear lugguge case with the stock rack while  riding a passenger. And are they ok with this setup leaning back agaist the rear case.  Just want to know before I purdchase the passenger pad for it.
