Title: Installed a 100 watt Tex V modulator
Post by: blanton on April 28, 2012, 09:58:07 PM: Decided to make the JBL 2003 reach a little farther. Installed it in the trunk (walmart suitcase) with little fuss. Now dead keys 20+ and modulates 80 or so..Will road test tomarrow .Just wanted to tell someone.......blanton

What is a "Tex V modulator"?
What is a "JBL 2003"?
What is a "dead keys 20+"?

Post by: blanton on May 01, 2012, 01:48:52 PM: Looks like a nice improvment over FCC max. LOS up 80%. Used DIP meter to set SWR. Finals temp stayed in check.......May not have the fastest bike or the best talking bike, But might have the fastest best talking one......
