Got an appointment Friday to have the news kicks installed at Redline Performance in Yorktown, VA. The other dealer was over $100 more than that. Anyone in the area look it up if you need tires.

That seems high to me. I paid $275 installed for my PR3's.

Installed? That would be a hell of a deal just for the tires. If someone installed them for you I quite honestly have to call you on it. Maybe for just the rear, but not for both.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Redline. They did all the tuning on my Ducati and I would not hesitate to bring it back for valve work. They do these tire package/install deals every spring, but get there early, no appointments, first come first serve.
-
The rear PR3 I bought was $189.00 just for the tire and $60.00 to install it
-
Are these prices with the wheels off the bike, or is it ride in and ride out?
-
Will check out Redline Performance the next time I need tires, I'm about 60 miles away...a set of PR3's typically costs $320+, plus a dealer install of at least $50/tire. Hard to believe a $275 price (less than Internet price) for both the tires and to install.

Ride in ride out Jeremy. Went over there Saturday morning to confirm after getting the $500 quote from the other dealer in town.

Well, for the tires it is....
SouthwestMoto's price on that set, even with thier severe current discout, is $310.74 shipped.....
and you still need mounting....
Dayum.....it was just an hour ride for me when I lived in Hanover too(well, maybe a little more than an hour, but a super ride out 30/14 the Trail/17..... and could'a scrubbed them in on the Parkway....that pavement there is super for scrubbing tars...bit of a trip from Ohio now... :-[

OK, gotta ask, who/where?
-
WOW! If you need tires...THIS IS THE DEAL!!! I'd be there early...AND...I'd bring doughnuts!
I'm guessing they find the opportunity to change some brake pads, as well... ;)

I nearly didn't make it through college due to my poor math skills. But calculus was my down fall, not addition and subtraction. If I add $289 and $99 I get $388 every time, not $275.

That was someone else somewhere else I think. I didnt go to college at all, and my math agrees with yours!

+1, two separate posts, one by "reesedp" and the other by "Mike_M."

I need a dealer like those in Southern Maine. I get mine from Murph's no matter what his prices are.
In Murph We Trust!
Then I have a local tech. on the side that charges me $100 to mount and balance the set. I just dropped my bike off for a full brake pad change. He charges $25 per hour. I'll let you know what the full damage is when I get it on Saturday.
-
i just put them on and cheapest i could find them for were 328 delivered . i got charged 150 to put them on here on long island ny.
475

Bought mine Murph.
My dealer Rick Roush in Medina, Ohio is charging $130 all fees/taxes included.
-
Finally got in there. $406 out the door, plus got to sit and look at the Ducati Contecoursa (?) for a while. Next time I get tires there it will be the MOTUS MST-R I get to sit and look at...

Ahhhh! That's a bad ass bike, for sure! I was thinking you meant this guy though:

Nope, meant the other one! It has what I consider to be the coolest looking exhaust ever seen on a bike, and I'm not even a fan of the Duc (due mainly to service costs). That and the electronics package were amazing. If I were ever to race I think it would be on a Panigale.
