Kinda - yeah. Had a lot of parts from previous bikes, and the rest I got locally or got via quick shipping. Do all my own work, so no delay's there :) Just don't like wasting much time I guess... Pics will be coming in the next week or so I'm sure, after the pipe is on etc.

So here's the deal on the floorboards:

Also need adaptors. I ordered these, but the rounded top doesn't work as well as I'd like. They're solid, but will fold up slightly:
http://www.phatperformanceparts.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=KURY-SPLINED&CartID= (http://www.phatperformanceparts.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=KURY-SPLINED&CartID=)
if you go this route, get the squared off ones...
Last but not least, ordered a two inch extension - wife has short legs, so I didn't want them just down, but forward. Worked perfect for me:
http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/product_catalog/Product.jsp;jsessionid=2FHVZES3YSOEBQFIDYECM4WAVAPAUIV0?store=&skuId=497485&mmy= (http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/product_catalog/Product.jsp;jsessionid=2FHVZES3YSOEBQFIDYECM4WAVAPAUIV0?store=&skuId=497485&mmy=)
Only downside at all - they look fairly large, but not too bad, just depends on what you like. They come off easy enough with just one bolt though, so I plan to remove them when the wife won't be riding for a while. The chrome mounts aren't terribly noticeable behind the floorboards, and could be easily painted. I'll plan on taking some pics to post in the next week or two, sorry for the delay...
Overall - VERY happy with them, and the wife loves them compared to pegs.

Thanks, look forward to pics.

Welcome! You sure are off to a fast start.
Now get with it and post some pics. I guess I wouldn't have time to take pics if I was installing farkles as quickly as you are. ;)

Forgot to mention - Bill, I'm pretty jealous - yours look killer! I managed to (semi) successfully recreate the standard 2" risers on eBay and such, but they didn't turn out nearly as well as I'd prefer as far as the finish quality goes. Also - at $20 for the aluminum, $15 for the screws, one drill bit, one saw blade, and 4 hours labor of my labor, those were pretty damn expensive :)
They'll work for now, but will be replaced by professionally made ones when I have a few more $$$. Ah well, at least I know I tried!
And yeah - planning on pics next weekend, now that the exhaust and all is done!
