Like the Kury ISO Grips, dislike stock hard rubber grips but don't want to destroy them cause they have the wires for heat.
Can I safely and easily remove them with wires intact and disconnect from control box, and replace them one day in the future if so desired?
Where do they plug into? I was assuming they plug into the rheostat on the left side control panel below the glove box...is this correct?

Have you thought about adding Grip Puppies over the stock grips? It's a $10 farkle, beefs up the diameter for those that don't like the smaller grips, and adds cushion. They look good, are cheap, easy to install, and still let the heat come through the grips. Something to consider.
If you are set on the Kury's, I can't help with your original question about wiring. Mine is an '09 Luddite bike.

That is exactly what I did. I could not deal with the hard-as-a-rock stock grips. The puppies are cheap and effective and do not seem to interfere with the heated functionality.
They were a PITA to get on, however. Also, since I have smaller hands, the increased diameter wasn't helpful, although I adjusted to it since they are pretty thin.

I bought a set of "buddies" about a month ago and am liking them so far, the good thing about them is they wrap around the grip and connect with velcro, so install takes all of about 10 seconds...
Here's the link:

Here's a pic of mine installed...

Good find! A bit pricier at $20, but probably more than made up for in convenience, look, and possible longevity.

Yep, you should give em a try Max, I think you'd like em, and $20 is well worth it IMO...
