Title: Limited time: CHEAPER shipping on Phil's racks within the U.S.

It seems our US postal service is trying to become more competitive and offers a new shipping method that works well for me. So, I'm going to pass the savings along and offer a flat rate of $5.00 shipping within the US. The good news is, it's still Priority mail, so 2-3 day delivery can be expected. I will try this rate for a limited time.  :D

I ordered myself one of them rack, should be here today(wed), also ordered the reflectors like two weeks ago, those have not shown up yet??

Just ordered one myself.  I have been meaning to do this for a bit.  Next is the 90 degree valve stems.

Phil,

Just a quick note to say "thanks" for the quick shipping on my new rack which arrived today. It is engineered to very high quality and I appreciate the extra strips of sticky pads.
Can't do much with it yet as I am recovering from surgery so maybe next week I will fit the item.
Glad I purchased from you.
