Hi all,
I know there's ACC power in the back, but I need constant power (not from the ignition switch) for my LED accent lights and also for my Coocase trunk that needs power for the alarm. I have the battery cover off, but don't see a clear path to run a wire easily, and I'm sure the guys who have had their Connies longer than me probably know a trick or two..or where I can tap into power under the seat.
I'm also going to need power to go to the relay for the Stebel horn that I want to mount as well...and if you guys can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it!

I haven't run any wires backwards from the battery, so I can't help you there. For the Stebel I would highly suggest you get the harness from Murph. It keeps the stock horn in the loop just in case your Stebel would happen to fail and it makes the install a painless process.

I've installed 3 Stebel Nautilous horns on my other bike and two friend's bikes...I had no issues with the wiring, and that's not an issue for me - I'm pretty good with that kind of stuff. I'm more interested in seeing installations and understanding how to best run the wires and where to mount things.
I'd love to see a pic or two on your bike of your horn setup - that would be really helpful. :)

There are acc leads under the seat, under the ecu I think. Try this link:

@gpink - the accessory leads are dependent upon the ignition being switched on, I believe. I need power all the time for the alarm...if it only works while I'm on the bike, it's kinda defeating the purpose. I'm just going to run my own lead, I guess...nobody seems to know the answer - but thanks for trying to help. :)
I agree - Fred's videos are excellent! I bought the update video to see how to take off the fairings on the new model, but after watching it I'm planning on buying the entire set. Good stuff.

Consider a Fuseblock or similar addon to give you plenty of switched or unswitched power.
