Title: Sound insert for CS 1

Put on a CS 1 yesterday.  I would like to tone it down some. Available inserts start at 2" down to 1.5"  Anyone have experience with adding the sound insert?  If so what size and how effective was it?  Thanks

I added the 1 7/8" insert and it has toned it down a bit.  I sort of like it.  Unfortunately I don't have any before or after videos that I could share.  I absolutely love the look of the bike with the CSOne on.  Love the tone as well.
