Just bought a new roommate for the Concours. I think there is another member here who has both (sorry that I have forgotten who you are). This bike is a lot of fun, and damn near as comfortable as the Concours for a "day ride". I rode it 335 miles Saturday and love the bike. My friend and I (who also has a Concours and a Ninja like mine, but was on the Concours Saturday) stopped at a gas station on the way home. A group of guys on true crotch rockets (R1, ZX10r etc) were there. That all swarmed around the Ninja and one of them said that this is really the perfect bike for street sport riding. I agree that it probably is, especially for older guys like me.

I think the Ninja has to be pretty close to the perfect all around street-bike. The machine a person would buy if limited to only one machine.....not that I mind to have one sitting next to my c14. Fast enough, light enough, and comfortable enough for anything imaginable. Nice ride!

Very cool JJ! 8)

That, and the Z1000 would make the top of my list...

Ninja, C14, Wing and is that a Z06? Ok I'm jealous!

I am jealous of the huge garage. My tiny 1 car garage holds my G37S, so the Concours has to live outside in a Cycle Shell (which beats the hell out of a cover, but it is still not the same as a garage).

Gotta say that is a heck of line up. I'm with tex though I'd probably lean towards the Z1000. I just likes um a little less dressed. ;) Must the the old 1200 Bandit lover still biting at me.

Very nice! It has to be hard going out to the garage each morning and deciding what you will ride or drive. Not really a bad choice in there, you have every style of riding taken care of.

Congrats I would have to say you are one of those lucky Buggers who is overbiked and turns the rest of us green with envy. Lol I took one out last year at demo days and would have to say it was a blast.

Nice toys

I just passed out/// :hail:

Nice, if I never rode with a passenger that would have been my choice. I sat on it and felt very comfortable.

Yes, it's a Z06. I'm still not wanting to talk much about it, but I'm about to sell it. This is the toughest decision I've ever made because I don't have to sell it, but it sits too much for me to justify the money sitting in the garage. I put about 18,000 miles a year on the motorcycles, and about 4,000 on the Corvette. And we have two decent "daily drivers". I just decided it makes more sense to put the money into investments (I'm only 6-7 years from retirement). It will be gone by the end of this week.
I appreciate all the comments. Yes, I do feel blessed to be able to have these toys.

Nice. The Ninja and the Z1000 are both at the top of my list. I would probably lean more towards the Z1000 just based on looks.

Here is what I park next to my 09 Concours. 2011 GSXR 1000. What a blast to ride. But I have to add that I do like the looks of the 2011 Red Ninja 1000!

Looks like you have room for the new ZX1400R

A few months ago I would have bet money I would be buying the ZX-14. But after riding my friends Ninja 1000 for a day I realized it was probably the better choice for my riding. Even when I got the Ninja home last week I was wondering if I made the right choice. But Saturday I put 335 miles on the Ninja and there was no doubt in my mind I made the right choice. A ZX would be fun to have, but it would have to be a fourth bike because I'm really happy with the Ninja.

I was hoping to add the new Ninja to my stable. When I asked about the center stand, I was told to check with the parts department. Sorry, if it don't come with a center stand I leave it on the showroom floor. The salesman looked at me like I was asking about a kick starter.

I bought a "racing" stand for mine. Very easy to use and I can see I won't miss the centerstand as much as I might have thought I would.

In most respects I believe I could sell my sv650s and c14 to go 100% with the Ninja 1000 . Actually, that was the long term plan before I fully adjusted to the c14.

Nice, very nice!
