Removing the granny panties
If you remove the jacked up spacer wedgers metal shims fixes for the handlebars that make the Concours handles work for the handicapped, the original bolts that fit the handles without those handicapped shims are expensive. Over $40 if you get the correct ones from the dealer, of course you can always get lower quality from your local cheap joint and watch your bike be parted out from the grave...

Tell you what, I'm going to lock this thread and you can try again with a more technically descriptive subject line.  It should also give you time to figure out what you want to say in the subject body as based on the comments thus far we really don't have a clue on what you are trying to get across...
