Innovative, inventive. How is it attached, where is the bike seat and what is its purpose?

Nice. How is the seat attached to the luggage? how is the luggage attached to the rack?

Just a guess but it looks like a threaded pipe flange with the seat welded to it then bolted to the front of the luggage.  No guess how the bag itself is secured.

Correct on pipe flange....1/2 in. Nipple fits nicely into bicycle seat...the seat foam was too firm so replaced with geal pad....

Bottom of suitcase is covered with sheet alum. The stock rack is sandwitched between two sheets and extended forward alowing more support.

Been using since 4-10 and fairly pleased..Works well with forward pegs. I do not think about the seat..

It looks great and holds a lot, but I wouldn't use it personally since it wouldn't be waterproof. Great setup though, well done and it looks great.

I want to know more about the forward pegs. How are they mounted? Is that pipe attached strong enough to protect the plastic on a slow or zero speed drop?

Blanton bling..........Red Highlights........you to nice ZG...   The forward pegs are screwed to 6061 bar stock...bolted to flat stock and bolted to top motor mount.  They are mirror image and total cost under $100.00 with pegs. Metal bought from Granger..Will it stop a tip over, I dought it. Probaly bend a header pipe.....But they feel right and makes high milage days possible for me.  Any pics or questions you might have Rino I will do.......

I went with a non-bling big functional trunk, if i mentioned how much weight I've had in the GIVI with the mount directly to the subframe you'd not believe me anyway....
