Title: Transferring Kawasaki extended warranty

I have the 3-yr Kawasaki extended warranty on my C14.

1.) Am I correct that it is transferrable to a new owner if I sell my bike?

2.)  If so, does any paperwork need to be filled out, or does the warranty just follow the bike?

1, yes, at no charge.
2, the new owner should contact Kawasaki and get the coverage in his name.
